Docaviv is an Israeli non profit organization which produces the annual Docaviv Documentary Film Festival.
In 2007, over than 20,000 attended the festival, viewing documentary films from Israel and from around the world.
Each year Docaviv grants prizes in differnet catagories, in an effort to encourage Isareli documentary film makers.
Over the years Docaviv has won local and international acclaim. Many of the flims which were had their premier in the festival later won prizes at internationl film festivals around the world.
Docaviv is in need for donations to keep the festival going, to expand its activities to travel around Israel and around the world with the best of the lates documnetary crofts.
